24. Jacksonville Jaguars (23)

The AFC South just opened up quite a bit with the shocking and unexpected retirement of Andrew Luck. With the Colts star now gone, teams such as the Jacksonville Jaguars have to feel better about their chances. The Jags were able to win their division the last time Indy was without Luck, but this season they’ll have to contend with Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans.

While Houston is still the favorite, Jacksonville has a shot. Their defense is still strong and they were able to make it to the AFC Championship following the 2017 season with Blake Bortles under center. Now, they have Nick Foles, who actually won the Super Bowl that year while he was with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Foles was huge in the Super Bowl win for Philly and even found himself being awarded the MVP of that game. However, he hasn’t had near as much success away from the Eagles. Back in 2015, the St. Louis Rams added him in a trade with Philadelphia but he only lasted one season. He then spent 2016 as a backup with the Kansas City Chiefs before joining Philly in 2017.

He did well enough in his second stint there to get another crack at a starting gig. The problem is he doesn’t have a ton of weapons in the passing game, but if someone can emerge as a threat for him, they could be a sneaky team to watch.
