The Oregon Ducks and Auburn Tigers offer a marquee matchup in Week 1 of college football, putting a load of 2020 NFL Draft prospects on display.

Week 1 of the 2019 college football season is finally here. After we saw two contests give fans a taste of action last week, we have a full slate of games over the course of five days. That means that we’ll have a slew of 2020 NFL Draft prospects on display, providing us with more film to observe, break down and draw conclusions from.

Saturday night (Aug. 31 at 7:30 p.m. ET) will offer one of the best looks that we’ll get throughout the week. The Oregon Ducks and Auburn Tigers will travel to the home of the Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium, and face off in a neutral site opener.

Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert is looking stake his claim as the top quarterback prospect in the 2020 NFL Draft after making the surprising choice to stay for another year in Eugene after last season. However, he’s not the only top prospect taking the field.

Both Auburn and Oregon have guys with top 100 grades who are vying for a chance to see their draft stock rise. The Ducks offensive line has a chance to prove themselves against one of the best defenses in the country. The marquee matchups pit interior Oregon offensive lineman Jake Hanson against one of the best defensive tackles in the country, Auburn’s Derrick Brown.

There are plenty of other matchups to watch as well, including the Tigers offensive line against a couple of front-seven playmakers for Oregon. Either way, those watching with an eye for the 2020 NFL Draft will be kept busy on Saturday night in Arlington.
