7 Reasons the Chicago Bears won’t win the Super Bowl in 2019

With as much talent that there is around the NFL, the teams that usually end up achieving the most success are also the ones that are able to avoid losing a ton of players to injuries.
In 2018, the Bears were the third-healthiest team according to Football Outsiders. Only the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens had healthier rosters than Chicago last season.
It was a much different story for Chicago in 2017 when they ended the year as the second-most injured team in the league. And it 2016, the Bears dealt with more injuries in a single season than any team in the NFL since 2000.
So obviously, the health of Chicago’s roster played a big part in their turnaround last year. Is this something that they can rely on for 2019 too?
The Bears got full seasons from the majority of their top players in 2018 including Akiem Hicks, Roquan Smith, Kyle Fuller, Leonard Floyd, Tarik Cohen, and Trey Burton.
Football is a violent sport and injuries are unavoidable. If Chicago begins to lose some of their most important players (Cohen, Mitchell Trubisky, Khalil Mack) to significant injuries this season, then it could have a tremendously negative impact on how their chances for success in 2019.
