2. Jake Kumerow tallies second-most receiving yards on the team

Wait, what? No seriously, hear me out. The Packers have a bonafide superstar wide receiver in Davante Adams, who should easily finish with the most receiving yards and touchdowns on the team.

But after Adams is a hodgepodge of receivers looking to be the No. 2 option for Aaron Rodgers. Geronimo Allison, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Jake Kumerow are all candidates to do so, with Allison being the veteran of the bunch. As it currently stands, however, Kumerow was the most impressive in preseason and training camp. In fact, Rodgers went out of his way earlier in the offseason to show some praise for Kumerow (via The Packers Wire):

"“The key is being reliable and earning my trust… [Kumerow] is an extremely intelligent guy who is in the right place at the right time. He makes contested catches, he makes the plays that are there and he does the little things.”"

Having your franchise quarterback on your side is never a bad thing, but the fact that Kumerow has also impressed on the field means he has a legitimate shot to finish with the second-most receiving yards on the Packers offense in 2019.
