Tight End Starts

Delanie Walker, Titans (at Browns)

Delanie Walker played just 39 snaps last season before his year ended due to a broken leg. One year later, he is 100 percent ready to go and be one of the best options in fantasy football this year at a position he has dominated for the most part. He is Marcus Mariota’s favorite weapon and people will remember that this week when he is back out there against Cleveland.

The Browns did a lot of good things a season ago, but stopping tight ends was not one of them. At such a slim position, Walker is the best option outside the top five to possibly put up top-five numbers this year and especially in Week 1.

Mark Andrews, Ravens (Matchup: at Dolphins)

Every report has said that, when it comes to the passing game for the Baltimore Ravens, Mark Andrews should be option No. 1 for Lamar Jackson. They have gelled incredibly well in training camp to the point where Andrews is considered the “safety net” and should be a great tight end in fantasy this season.

Andrews is playing the Miami Dolphins in Week 1, which only means he has a great opportunity to take advantage of a horrible defense. Again, the tight end spot is slim, which leaves Andrews as a phenomenal fantasy football option this week for any team as we will see how this quarterback-tight end relationship works.
