The Cleveland Browns open up the 2019 season with an NFL Week 1 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

There are few teams entering NFL Week 1 that are as polar opposite as the Cleveland Browns and Tennessee Titans. One has all of the buzz imaginable entering a season while the other has little to none. And as fate would have it, these two teams are facing off on Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland.

Of course, it’s the Browns that have all of the fanfare coming into this game. This is Baker Mayfield’s team now and they made unreal improvements this offseason, headlined by adding Odell Beckham Jr. and Olivier Vernon. Adding that to Jarvis Landry, Myles Garrett, Nick Chubb and many more, Cleveland has the chance to be a powerhouse in the 2019 season.

In the case of the Titans, though, it’s a prove-it year for Marcus Mariota. The quarterback is in his fifth year and doesn’t have an extension in place. His future in Tennessee could depend on his performance this year and he must step up with the best group of weapons that he’s ever had around him — and perhaps the most complete defense too.

This NFL Week 1 matchup between Tennesee and Cleveland will be broadcast on CBS. Fans in local markets can check out the game on cable or through CBS All-Access. However, out-of-market viewers will need to subscribe to paid services like NFL Sunday Ticket or FuboTV if they want to watch the matchup.

The Browns hype train is out of control at this point but may also be warranted. Meanwhile, the Titans have little to no hype about them at all, though they should be a solid NFL team in 2019. Thus, it’ll be fun to see how these two teams stack up against one another in this season-opener.
