11. Tennessee Titans (7)

What a difference a week makes. The Tennessee Titans were a surprise team in Week 1 as they completely dismantled the Cleveland Browns on the road. Known as a tough defensive team, Tennessee made life miserable on Baker Mayfield and company and before long, the bottom fell out.

Tennessee wound up running up the score late as they put 21 up in the fourth quarter. This week, they didn’t even get that much in 60 minutes. The Titans still played tough on defense, but their inconsistent offense was back at it once again as they lost 19-17 to the Indianapolis Colts.

Marcus Mariota managed just 154 yards passing and no player had more than 39 yards receiving. Their lone explosion came from running back Derrick Henry who was good for 81 yards and a score on just 15 carries.

The good news is that they’re still tied for first in their division, at least record-wise. They’re sitting at 1-1 along with the Houston Texans and Colts, with the Jacksonville Jaguars on the bottom with a record of 0-2. Tennessee, however, doesn’t have a divisional win like the other two clubs do.

Even so, the AFC South is usually a tough division with just a game or so separating the top teams. They can still make some noise, but their offense has to find a way to move the ball consistently.
