28. Jacksonville Jaguars (26)

No player saw their star grow quicker in Week 1 than Gardner Minshew of the Jacksonville Jaguars did. After Nick Foles went down with a broken collarbone, the fans were all in on the mustache-sporting rookie who found a little magic in his first start as a pro.

Minshew was 23-of-33 passing for 213 yards and added another 56 rushing. He then led the Jags on a 14-play, 68-yard touchdown drive which could have tied things up. But then, head coach Doug Marrone made a decision that stunted the legend of Minshew according to Tom Ley of Deadspin.

"“That play left Jags head coach Doug Marrone with a choice to make: Put the ball back in Minshew’s hands and let his golden boy score the game-winning two-point conversion, or kick the extra point and set Minshew up to lead his team on what surely would have been a spectacular game-winning drive in overtime. Marrone somehow decided that neither of those options suited him, and handed the ball to Leonard Fournette, who got stuffed at the goal line.” — Tom Ley, Deadspin"

Marrone has made some questionable calls during his tenure, which includes him continuing to try and run the ball continuously with Leonard Fournette who has been wildly underperforming. Maybe next week, he will just leave it all in the hands of Minshew.
