8. Allen combines for five touchdowns

After years of suffering and struggling to find the right quarterback to build the offense around, the Buffalo Bills seem to have finally found their answer in Josh Allen.

Like most rookie quarterbacks, Allen saw plenty of ups and downs during his first season of action in 2018, but the potential is what mattered the most for the Bills.

Over the last couple of years, Buffalo has watched their defense look like one of the top units in the league at times, and if Allen can keep the offense in great shape as well, this team could sneak up in the AFC.

In a way, the Bills received a gift for opening their season against the New York Jets and New York Giants since both teams are currently winless at the moment with that first victory nowhere in sight.

And with Buffalo hosting the winless Cincinnati Bengals in Week 3, the gifts just keep on giving for the Bills when it comes to favorable games.

If Cincinnati’s latest loss in Week 2 to the San Francisco 49ers in which the Bengals gave up 41 points is any indication, Allen and the Bills could be in for a field day this weekend.

Since Buffalo plays in the same division as the New England Patriots, the team will take any win they can get this early on.
