13. player. 50. . CB. Detroit Lions. Paulson Adebo

Darius Slay clearly needs a high-quality running mate in the Detroit Lions secondary and Paulson Adebo can be that. Though the Stanford star is coming off a less than stellar performance against UCF last week, he has undeniable NFL coverage abilities that would make him a real upgrade for Matt Patricia’s defense moving forward.

IOL. Miami Dolphins. Tyler Biadasz. 14. player. 59.

Pick via Steelers

It would be ideal for the Miami Dolphins to get an offensive tackle to put in front of Tagovailoa for the long haul. In fact, it might behoove the Dolphins to trade back a bit so they can do so. But No. 14 (or No. 15) would be a bit of a reach for any tackle prospect on the board. As such, they still upgrade the line with Wisconsin’s Tyler Biadasz. He’s a sure-fire stud on the interior that can slot in at center or guard right away.

59. . EDGE. Miami Dolphins. Yetur Gross-Matos. 15. player

Pick via Texans

With the Dolphins second consecutive pick, they turn their eyes to the defense with a high-upside pass-rusher in Yetur Gross-Matos. The Penn State defensive stalwart has come out of the gates hot in the 2019 season and looks to have taken a step forward technically. Pairing that with great athleticism and raw physical gifts, he can be a special player at the next level.

Cleveland Browns. Lucas Niang. 16. player. 53. . OT

My word do the Cleveland Browns have to feel silly about neglecting their offensive line. A talented roster looks semi-wasted early on in 2019 and the front five is a big reason why. Lucas Niang is a reach here but the need is that dire. However, he’s an athletic big man at the position that has all of the physical tools to be a tremendous protector of Baker Mayfield for the future, making him a good slight reach in this 2020 NFL Mock Draft.
