Following the Minnesota Vikings victory over the Oakland Raiders in Week 3 of the regular season, here are three studs and duds for the Vikings from the win.

The Minnesota Vikings returned back home to US Bank Stadium on Sunday afternoon and took down the Oakland Raiders during Week 3 of the 2019 NFL regular season in Minneapolis. Following a disappointing showing against the Green Bay Packers in Week 2 last weekend on the road, Minnesota bounced back to get back into the win column against Oakland in its first matchup against an AFC opponent this year.

Behind tallying 21 early points in the first half, the Vikings jumped out to a quick lead at home against the Raiders and didn’t look back for the remainder of the contest, coming away with a 34-14 victory.

With the win, Minnesota saw its record improve to 2-1 on the season and have now won two straight games in front of its home crowd in Minneapolis to kick off the year. The Vikings will return to action in Week 4 of the season next Sunday afternoon when they travel to face the Chicago Bears in an NFC North showdown.

In the loss, Oakland gets bumped down to 1-2 on the year while losing its second straight game of the season following a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs a week ago in Oakland. The Raiders will remain on the road when they turn around and battle the Indianapolis Colts next Sunday in Indianapolis.

Following the Vikings second win at home this season in a win over the Raiders in Week 3 of the regular season schedule, let’s take a look back at three studs and duds for Minnesota in the victory.
