Fantasy football continues to get shaken up with debuting quarterbacks and an injury to Saquon Barkley. Make moves on these waiver wire adds for Week 4.

Fantasy football in the 2019 season has been a crucial one in regards to the waiver wire. The injuries to potentially highly relevant players in fantasy have been piling up with each passing week. And on Sunday in Week 3, we saw yet another big-time injury as Giants running back Saquon Barkley, the No. 1 pick in many fantasy leagues, went down with a high-ankle sprain.

Barkley missed over half the game for New York and is now out for at least a month and perhaps longer. That can leave fantasy football owners scrambling for options, which many owners have already been doing. Barkley joins the likes of Tyreek Hill, Drew Brees, Cam Newton, Nick Foles and plenty of other players that have already been injured early in the 2019 season.

That’s where the waiver wire can come in handy. Players like Terry McLaurin and John Brown, both of whom have been highly valuable fantasy football additions through the first three weeks of the season, were available on the waiver wire early on in the year. Thus, figuring out the right players to put on your roster at this point of the season can serve you well.

We’re here to help, too. We’re going to look at each position group and highlight the players that you should be adding in your fantasy football leagues. These players are all owned in fewer than 50 percent of fantasy leagues, which means that the likelihood that they’re available in your league is at least relatively high.

Having all that in mind, let’s get into the Week 4 waiver wire adds you should make in fantasy football, starting with the quarterbacks.
