Here are five teams that should consider themselves on upset alert heading into NFL Week 4 of the 2019 season.

Now that three weeks of action are officially in the books, all eyes will be on what NFL Week 4 has in store for the 2019 season, especially when it comes to potential teams worth monitoring for potentially being on upset alert.

From the Detroit Lions making a statement in the City of Brotherly Love to the New York Giants shocking the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with Daniel Jones under center, last weekend provided football fans with plenty of excitement.

As for what Week 4 could have in store, well the good news for football fans is there will be plenty of key games in which teams that are considered heavy favorites find themselves on the wrong end of a potential upset.

Despite an impressive 3-0 to the season, the Los Angeles Rams are one of those teams that still has plenty to prove in the NFC, especially when it comes to making sure Todd Gurley doesn’t get overworked, and can remain healthy.

During an offseason that consisted of players like Gurley working hard to get healthy on top of a few adjustments to the offensive line, the Rams knew 2019 could consist of a few unexpected challenges.

On Sunday, Los Angeles returns home for what would appear to be a favorable matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but also keep in mind that Bruce Arians is quite familiar with the Rams from the time he spent in the NFC West with the Arizona Cardinals.

Along with the Rams, here are a few other teams worth keeping an eye on heading into Week 4 when it comes to trying to avoid the upset before things continue to heat up in October.
