1. Browns put up 30+ points in statement game

The Cleveland Browns are in an absolutely brutal portion of their schedule. Having played the Rams last week, they get the Ravens on the road in Week 4 before going across the country to play the undefeated 49ers the following week. They then have a short week to play the Seahawks before road trips to play the Patriots and the Broncos, the latter being difficult at altitude.

Given the way that this team has looked to start the 2019 season, you wouldn’t be off-base for thinking that they’ll emerge from that stretch without a win. However, this is a team that you also have to believe is going to adjust. The play-calling from Freddie Kitchens should improve and the play of Mayfield should as well, with the rest of the team following suit.

At the very least as they go on the road to take on an extremely tough divisional opponent in the Ravens, the Browns need to show some pride and impress some people on Sunday. And I believe they do that with by far their strongest offensive showing of the year to this point.

After averaging just 13 points per game over the first three weeks of play, the Browns are going to explode for at least 30 points against the Ravens. And while their defense has been good enough that the offensive output should result in a win, even if it doesn’t, seeing the offense make great strides should be enough to inspire optimism about Cleveland getting the 2019 campaign on track.
