EDGE. Las Vegas Raiders. A.J. Epenesa. 5. player. 28.

Despite taking Clelin Ferrell in the first round last year, the Oakland Raiders front seven shouldn’t be done rebuilding. And while there’s not a linebacker that wouldn’t be a reach at No. 5, they can get a game-changer in Iowa’s A.J. Epenesa. A mountain of a man with great power and deceptive athleticism, Epenesa could pair with Ferrell and Maurice Hurst up front and comprise a fierce young pass rush as the Raiders move the Las Vegas.

OT. Arizona Cardinals. Andrew Thomas. 6. player. 32.

It’s been a mixed bag for Kyler Murray and Kliff Kingsbury in their venture into the NFL early on. But one thing that can’t be questioned is this team’s need to improve the offensive line. Thus, they make the easy decision to take Andrew Thomas from Georgia, the best tackle prospect in the class that should be able to start from day one and help the air-raid offense have more success at the pro level.

59. . OT. Miami Dolphins. Tristan Wirfs. 7. player

Pick via Steelers

If the Dolphins were to insert Tua Tagovailoa into the offense right now, he’d get beaten into the ground, as would any quarterback. When Miami traded Tunsil, they gave away their only proven offensive lineman. As such, they need to get protection for the offense, which they do with Tristan Wirfs in this NFL Mock Draft. The Iowa behemoth should be an immediate starter that can be a cornerstone for this offense.

player. 48. . S. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Grant Delpit. 8

Safety might not be the most pressing need for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but it’s a hole that they could certainly still fill. And with Grant Delpit dropping to the No. 8 pick in this latest 2020 NFL Mock Draft, there’s no way they can pass him up. Delpit out of LSU is a top-five player in this class and has the potential to be an immediate stabilizing force for a Bucs secondary that could use that.
