CeeDee Lamb. 17. player. 52. . WR. Jacksonville Jaguars

Whether it’s Gardner Minshew or Nick Foles that winds up starting long-term for the Jacksonville Jaguars at quarterback, a serious upgrade in the wide receiver corps is necessary — even with D.J. Chark showing out early in the 2019 season. CeeDee Lamb can be that guy for them. The Oklahoma pass-catcher is a tremendous playmaker that, while he doesn’t have elite athleticism, he’s an elite matchup-winner that should make plays as soon as he sees the field.

IOL. Las Vegas Raiders. Tyler Biadasz. 18. player. 28.

Pick via Bears

While the Oakland Raiders certainly aren’t a good football team right now, they are a team that has shown flashes on offense. However, the interior of their offensive line needs revamping as it’s patchwork with Richie Incognito starting at guard. Thus, grabbing Wisconsin’s Tyler Biadasz here is the right move. He’s an elite prospect that could be a Quenton Nelson type star upon arrival in the NFL.

59. . CB. Miami Dolphins. Jeffrey Okudah. 19. player

Pick via Texans

With their third pick of the first round in this NFL Mock Draft, the Dolphins turn their eyes to the defensive side of the ball. And while they have Xavien Howard locked up at cornerback, they grab another high-end corner in Ohio State’s Jeffrey Okudah. A proven playmaker in the Buckeyes secondary, Okudah can come right in and help the Miami defense take a step forward.

60. . DT. Minnesota Vikings. Raekwon Davis. 20. player

Everson Griffen and Danielle Hunter may have defensive end on lock for the Minnesota Vikings but the defensive tackle spot is much more of a concern. We know that Mike Zimmer loves to keep building his defense and Raekwon Davis from Alabama can help with that. He’s a monster on the interior and could be an immediate starter for Minnesota as they land him with the No. 20 pick in this NFL Mock Draft.
