Following the New England Patriots win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 4 of the regular season, here are three studs and duds for the Patriots from the victory.

While already cementing themselves as one of the top teams in the NFL early on in the 2019 regular season, the New England Patriots had one of their toughest tests of the year on Sunday afternoon on the road.

Coming into the Week 4 game having already won three straight games to kick off the season, New England faced off against fellow AFC East opponent the Buffalo Bills in a showdown between two undefeated teams.

As we’ve seen from them all year long to this point, the Patriots stepped up to the challenge and came away with yet another win, taking down the Bills 16-10 on Sunday at New Era Stadium in Buffalo.

New England grabbed an early lead on the road against Buffalo to take over momentum right out of the gate to come away with a big divisional win. The Patriots were able to jump out to a 13-0 advantage after the first quarter, carrying a 13-3 lead into halftime in the contest.

In the second half, New England allowed Buffalo to score one touchdown while adding three more points to hold off the Bills and come away with another victory on the road.

With the win, the Patriots have stretched their winning streak to four in a row to start the year and have improved to a perfect record of 4-0 heading into Week 5 next weekend. With the win, New England also takes a one-game lead over Buffalo for first place in the AFC East division.

The Patriots will hit the road next weekend in the fifth week of the regular season to face off against the Washington Redskins at noon in the nation’s capital.

With the loss, Buffalo falls for the first time in the 2019 campaign and moves into second place in the AFC East standings at 3-1 overall while still sitting ahead of the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins in the division. Buffalo will look to get back on track next week when it travels to square off against the Tennessee Titans at noon on Sunday in Tennessee.

Following New England’s big win to improve to 4-0 on the year through four weeks of the season, here are three studs and three duds for the Patriots from the victory.
