The Pittsburgh Steelers welcome the Cincinnati Bengals to cap off Week 4 on Monday Night Football and these are five bold predictions for the matchup.

Talk about a marquee matchup for Monday Night Football — Week 4 of the 2019 season will conclude at Heinz Field as the Pittsburgh Steelers play host to the Cincinnati Bengals. This AFC North matchup has been heated over the years as they’ve established a rivalry. However, with both teams coming in at 0-3, it’s hard to get too amped up for this contest.

At the same time, though, there are intriguing things to watch for. The Bengals offense led by Andy Dalton is Zac Taylor’s offense has actually shown real signs of life at times through the start of the year. Meanwhile, the Steelers have been steadily trying to make moves despite losing Ben Roethlisberger for the season due to injury.

So what happens when these two winless rivals meet up in Week 4? Let’s make five bold predictions for the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football.

5. Boyd finally finds the end zone

Even with A.J. Green out due to injury, the Bengals passing offense has found ways to succeed and, though they haven’t won yet, remain competitive. John Ross has been a big-play threat for Cincinnati while Tyler Boyd has been living up to his new contract in a big way.

Through the first three games of the year, Boyd has a team-leading 24 receptions for 250 yards. More importantly, he’s been consistent as he’s had at least six catches and 60 yards in every game this season. However, the big thing with Boyd to this point is that he’s not yet scored a touchdown this season.

That will change against Pittsburgh. Even if the Steelers pass rush makes Andy Dalton uncomfortable, Pittsburgh’s secondary is downright terrible, with or without Minkah Fitzpatrick. This group of Bengals pass-catchers, headlined by Boyd, is going to have a field day in Taylor’s offense and the current No. 1 receiver will finally get on the scoreboard.
