22. Oakland Raiders (28)

In what may have turned out to be one of the biggest surprises from Week 4, the Oakland Raiders pulled off a huge win on the road over the Indianapolis Colts, their first victory since opening weekend.

Back in Week 1, the Raiders seemed to finally be on the right track with an impressive win over the Denver Broncos, but the previous two games made it seem like they were heading towards another year of rebuilding.

After Sunday’s win in Indianapolis, this Oakland team is very much alive with plenty of football remaining, and this performance against the Colts will hopefully provide the Raiders with some much-needed confidence heading into October.

No one needs to explain how the only chance the Raiders are going to have at competing in the AFC will be if Derek Carr plays at a high level, and even though the 189 passing yards are far from impressive, the two touchdowns were big for the offense.

As for what to expect in Week 5, Carr and the Raiders will face another tough challenge with the elite defense of the Chicago Bears coming to town, meaning the offense better be prepared for what should be a tough battle.
