17. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (25)

All things considered, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are one of the most difficult teams to figure out in the NFL through the month of September since they will look really good one week, only to appear horrendous the following game.

Luckily for the Buccaneers, Week 4 was easily their best performance of 2019 after putting up a whopping 55 points on the Los Angeles Rams to prove this is the last team anyone should be sleeping on in the NFC if they continue to play at a high level.

Back in the offseason when Tampa Bay decided to hire Bruce Arians as their new head coach, part of the reason was due to his history of quarterback development to help bring out  the best in Jameis Winston.

By throwing for 385 yards to go along with four touchdown passes, Winston has every reason in the world to be thrilled over this performance since the Rams’ passing defense looked like one of the best in the league leading up to Sunday.

Of course, the most important test for Winston moving forward will be consistency since now the fun part comes of showing that he can continue playing at a high level will be another challenge for the Buccaneers quarterback.
