5. Dallas Cowboys (4)

Despite an impressive 3-0 start to the season, it was easy to make a case the Dallas Cowboys had yet to be truly tested when looking at the opponents faced.

Coming up short to the New Orleans Saints obviously isn’t a reason to hit the panic button just yet since it was only one game, but also it’s tough not to evaluate how the Cowboys looked against their first serious contender.

Similar to last year, Dallas was part of another low-scoring contest in their 12-10 loss to New Orleans, only this time they didn’t come out on the winning end.

While the Cowboys’ defense certainly deserves plenty of credit for keeping the Saints in check for the most part on offense, this could be one of those games down the road in which Dak Prescott wishes he did a little more for Dallas.

Whether it’s having Ezekiel Elliott to rely on in the backfield or simply Amari Cooper as one of his top options in the passing game, Prescott should be able to get more than just 10 points from his offense in a meaningful game like this.

Even more frustrating, thanks to both the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants earning tough wins in Week 4, the Cowboys watched their comfortable lead within the division get trimmed down to one game.

With the Green Bay Packers coming to town for Week 5, here’s to hoping that Dallas sees a stronger performance by Prescott, or the Cowboys could be looking at two tough losses in a row.
