Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-2) at New Orleans Saints (3-1)

Sunday, October 6, 1PM ET

Yes, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Week 4 win over the Rams was impressive. Good for them. I can assure you the New Orleans Saints’ defense isn’t going to roll over and play dead like Los Angeles’ did. Don’t expect the Buccaneers to come anywhere near 55 points in this one.

Jameis Winston is going to have his hands full against this New Orleans D. They’ve done a great job of slowing the run as well as the pass this season, as we saw during their complete shutdown of the Cowboys on Sunday night. It’s not just the defense that’ll led the Saints to winner’s circle, though.

Drew Brees went down, and it’s been the Alvin Kamara show ever since. One of the NFL’s most dynamic running backs, Kamara has been the driving force for New Orleans, taking the pressure off Teddy Bridgewater to win games and allowing the defense plenty of time to rest.

That should be the difference in this one. With Kamara propelling the Saints offense, the ball stays out of Winston’s hands, meaning this won’t turn into a shootout. New Orleans doesn’t hang a ton of points on the board, but it’s more than enough to get the win in this divisional showdown.

Prediction: Saints win 24-14
