Where your favorite team will be picking in the 2020 NFL Draft is becoming clearer so these are the prospects to keep an eye on in college football Week 6.

With Week 6 of the 2019 college football season upon us, the talk around the 2020 NFL Draft is buzzing. Some prospects have already begun to climb up draft boards while others have already cemented their spot in many top 25 rankings.

The season at both the college and NFL levels are flying by, meaning that the end of April and the 2020 NFL Draft are approaching perhaps more quickly than fans may realize. That means you need to start circling not just the big names in the draft class but getting eyes on other players that have been standing out and could be risers.

Here are six such prospects that will be firmly on display in big matchups this week, Week 6 of the college football season.

6. Chuba Hubbard, RB, Oklahoma State

There’s a legitimate chance for Chuba Hubbard to join elite Oklahoma history as he’s currently on pace to rush for 2,251 yards (thanks to Carter Donnick of The Draft Network for doing the math). If Hubbard does surpass 2,200 yards, he’ll be in the running for the Heisman. Meanwhile, the only other Oklahoma State Cowboy to have ever hit that rushing total was Barry Sanders.

As a prospect, Hubbard is lighting in a bottle, a true big-play threat who’s been nothing short of sensational in 2019. He’s a between-the-tackles runner with a powerful plant to set up defenders. Once he gets to the second level, he’s gone.

Although he’s not catching a ton of passes, he showed he has capable hands in 2018. The 6-1, 207-pounder has victimized every defense the Cowboys faced thus far. Although they lost to the Longhorns, one of the defenses victimized by Hubbard was Texas.

On the season, he’s rushed for more than 900 yards and 10 touchdowns while averaging 7.3 yards per carry. Hubbard fits the mold of backs like Reggie Bush and C.J. Spiller in his ability to make guys miss and take it the distance.

In Week 6 on Saturday against Texas Tech, Hubbard could record his fourth game where he’s rushed for at least 200 yards. His draft stock is soaring and may only continue to do so.
