The Dallas Cowboys look to erase a poor outing last week as they take on the Green Bay Packers in Week 5. Here are 5 bold predictions for that game.

After running away with victories in each of their first three games of the season, the Dallas Cowboys lost for the first time in Week 4 as the New Orleans Saints scored a 12-10 victory over them on Sunday Night Football.

It was a tough game for them as the offense couldn’t get anything going for them. The crowd noise certainly played a part as Dak Prescott and company were unable to use a lot of the motions and play-action that had led them to their offensive explosion during the first three games.

Running back Ezekiel Elliott also struggled to find any running room, finishing with just 35 yards on 18 carries. He did score the only touchdown of the game but that was hardly a consolation prize for the frustrating outing.

On defense, they continued to play well as they limited New Orleans to just 12 points. The problem is, they couldn’t come up with enough stops as they let backup quarterback Teddy Bridgewater keep the ball for 12 minutes longer than their own offense did.

Now, they look to turn the page in Week 5 as they’re about to play the Green Bay Packers. Thankfully for Dallas, this game is back at home, which should help their offense rediscover some of their magic.

Here, we look ahead to the big NFC showdown and make five bold predictions for the Cowboys.
