2. Kelce finally goes berserk

As expected, tight end Travis Kelce has been a force for the Kansas City Chiefs offense this season. He leads the team in receptions with 24 and yards with 369, though he has only found the end zone once this season. There’s no doubt that anyone that drafted him in fantasy football has ultimately been happy with the returns through four weeks.

While that all may be true, Kelce has not had the monster game that we’ve all become accustomed to him putting up every now and then. He’s been remarkably consistent this year with at least 85 receiving yards in every game and seven catches in each of his last three outings. However, his high receiving total in a game this year is 107 yards and he has just the one score.

That’s going to change against this Colts team. Indianapolis comes into this game with injuries at both linebacker and safety, slowing down units that ultimately don’t have a boatload of standout performers. Furthermore, the Chiefs remain elite in terms of their offensive line protection, meaning Mahomes will have plenty of time to pick apart the defense.

Due to all of those factors, Kelce is going to be open and Mahomes has no problem feeding the big man. The Colts have no answer for his blend of power and speed and we’ll finally see the huge day we’ve been waiting on from him as he’ll go off for 150 or more yards and two touchdowns in primetime.
