player. 32. . OT. Arizona Cardinals. Andrew Thomas. 5

It remains to be determined how Kliff Kingsbury’s foray into the NFL will turn out, Air Raid and all. However, to give it and Kyler Murray a chance, the Arizona Cardinals need to protect their offense up front. Georgia’s Andrew Thomas can help them with that as he’s an absolute workhorse on the edge. He’s a plug and play offensive tackle that will immediately improve a paltry O-line.

Washington Commanders. Jerry Jeudy. 6. player. 58. . WR

Doing anything regarding the Washington Redskins and projecting their future is near impossible right now. Will Jay Gruden and Bruce Allen last the rest of the 2019 season? How will the roster change? We don’t know. Still, they take WR1 Jerry Jeudy out of Alabama here as they look to get Dwayne Haskins, owner Dan Snyder’s reported guy, some more weaponry to build whatever it is they’re trying to build in D.C.

. EDGE. Miami Dolphins. A.J. Epenesa. 7. player. 59

Pick via Steelers

Though the Pittsburgh Steelers won their first game of 2019 last week, they still aren’t a team anyone should be feeling confident in at this point. Thus, the Dolphins get a second top-10 pick and take A.J. Epenesa from Iowa. An absolute force up front, Epenesa is a pass-rushing force that can line up all along the front seven and really help Miami’s defense take a step forward.

. S. Atlanta Falcons. Grant Delpit. 8. player. 44

In truth, I wanted to give the Falcons an edge rusher here. However, with Young and Epenesa off the board, I couldn’t do it. Thus, they opt for the best defensive player available, LSU safety Grant Delpit. Delpit is a true game-changer in the secondary that checks every box and brings a versatile piece to the Atlanta defense. While he may not feel an immediate need, he will vastly improve this defense and they can’t let a player of his caliber slip by them.
