2. Greg Joseph

Another undrafted player, Greg Joseph got his first chance with the Miami Dolphins in 2018. He ended up losing out to Jason Sanders. The Florida Atlantic product then got another shot a few weeks later as the Cleveland Browns brought him in for a tryout following a terrible start to the season for Zane Gonzalez.

Joseph beat out the other contestants and was able to secure the job for the remainder of the season. Overall, he was 17-of-20 and even hit a game-winner against Baltimore, but had some hiccups. He missed four extra points and also had a knack for sending kicks through the upright that looked like knuckleballs.

This season, Joseph again found himself in a battle as Cleveland drafted Austin Seibert out of Oklahoma. The second-year kicker was better throughout training camp but then lost the job when he was 1-of-2 on field goals and 2-of-3 on extra points.

Still, Joseph has shown he can get it done and was solid with pressure kicks. Not only that, but he’s still just 25-years old meaning he has the ability to continue to improve as a player. Should Dallas decide to bring some players in for a workout, Joseph is a name that should be on their shortlist.
