Washington Redskins (0-5) at Miami Dolphins (0-4)

Sunday, October 13, 1PM ET

Could you ask for a more depressing matchup in Week 6? Probably not. These two squads come in with a combined 0-9 record, with far more embarrassing moments this season then highlights. And yet, someone has to win this upcoming Sunday, right?

Well, it could be a tie, but I’m not in the business of predicting ties. Then again, wouldn’t it just be the cherry on top of this terrible matchup if it ended in a 0-0 tie? Okay, let’s get back on track.

There isn’t much to get excited about with either of these teams. The Washington Redskins, however, have been the more impressive group through the first five weeks, coming up with a couple of close calls and even looking decent at times. The inconsistency at the quarterback spot and slew of injuries certainly haven’t helped.

Still, the Redskins are nowhere near as bad as the Miami Dolphins. They’re verging on historically bad, currently owning the 31st-ranked offense and 32nd-ranked defense. They’ve scored only 26 points, while giving up a disgusting 163 points through four games. Put simply, the Dolphins have perfected the tanking process.

As bad as Washington has been in 2019, the Dolphins have been worse. That’ll continue to be the case in Week 6.

Prediction: Redskins win 21-13
