18. Dolphins earn first win while keeping Redskins winless

The good news for the Miami Dolphins and Washington Redskins heading into Sunday’s contest is with both teams still winless at this point in October, someone will finally end up becoming victorious for the first time.

While the Dolphins hope to be well-rested after their bye week, the Redskins will be looking to play with a little extra motivation after making the difficult decision to move on from Jay Gruden following Sunday’s loss to the New England Patriots.

Realistically, this may be the last contest any football fan wants to watch when looking at some of the other great games taking place in Week 6, but hopefully both teams can figure out a way to provide some sort of excitement.

All due respect to the Redskins, but if football fans had to choose between the two teams with the best chance of earning that first win of 2019 on Sunday, the Dolphins seem to have the upper hand.

Miami already has the advantage of being extra rested as mentioned before, but with Josh Rosen hoping to continue making a strong case to be the starter for the Dolphins beyond 2019, the former first-round pick could be playing with extra motivation as well.
