The Dallas Cowboys had their sloppiest game of the season in Week 5 but look to bounce back against the New York Jets in Week 6. Here are 5 bold predictions for that game.

Entering Week 6, the Dallas Cowboys are trying to stop the bleeding as they’re currently on a two-game losing streak. Following their 3-0 start to the season, Dallas has now been handed losses by both the New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers.

What’s most painful is they lost each game for different, but equally frustrating reasons. In the New Orleans game, their offense couldn’t get anything going whatsoever. They were bothered by the raucous crowd in New Orleans and managed to put up just 10 points.

The defense, while they were unable to prevent the Saints from controlling the clock all game, didn’t allow a touchdown and surrendered just 12 points. They then followed that game up by being completely undisciplined against the Packers.

Dallas allowed Aaron Jones to look like an All-Pro as he scored four times, often embarrassing the defense. As bad as they were on this side of the ball, the offense proved they could still hang as they moved the ball at will. That is, until they started shooting themselves in the foot.

Dropped passes, interceptions, and missed field goals plagued them and America’s Team fell to 3-2, but they still are tied for first in the NFC East and can get back on track with a win this week against the New York Jets.

Here we look ahead to this game and make five bold predictions for Dallas as they look to get things turned around.
