27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (22)

Let the fun begin again for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when it comes to determining whether Jameis Winston is the right answer for this offense after the former No. 1 pick displayed a horrendous performance in London against the Carolina Panthers.

Not only did the Buccaneers come up way short against their division rivals, but Winston finished the game with six turnovers, five of which happened to be interceptions.

Nothing against Carolina’s defense since the unit deserves plenty of credit for putting together a strong performance, but a game like this on Winston’s end with the kind of weapons he has to work with is inexcusable.

Until the Buccaneers realize that Winston is far from the right answer under center, it’s going to be difficult to imagine this team having what it takes to compete in the NFC since the quarterback is too inconsistent.

After watching how great Winston looked the first time around this season against Carolina, many expected the Buccaneers quarterback to put on another show in London.

Instead, Tampa Bay has plenty to think about moving forward when it comes to Winston since what took place on Sunday was just embarrassing, and will be difficult for the Buccaneers to defend heading into Week 7.
