Week 14 vs. Arizona Cardinals

Even though Kyler Murray has had a decent start to his NFL career, the Cardinals are among the bottom tier teams in the league. The team’s only two wins this season came against the winless Bengals, a team the Steelers have already beaten, and the free-falling Atlanta Falcons.

This is certainly a winnable game for the Steelers. However, the outcome will be determined by how Murray plays. If he repeats the performance he just posted in Week 6, then the Steelers won’t be able to keep up.

If Murray doesn’t go off, Arizona’s 30th ranked defense will be exposed. The Cardinals are giving up 414 yards per game. Even with poor quarterback play, the Steelers will be able to take advantage of Arizona’s weakness on that side of the ball.

Predicted outcome: Win

Week 15 vs. Buffalo Bills

The Bills have a surprisingly good defense that gives the offense enough support to win games. Buffalo’s defense is allowing 275 yards per game this season, the third-fewest in the NFL. The unit has also only allowed three passing touchdowns all season. Even the run defense is only allowing 87.8 yards per game this season.

On offense, Josh Allen is prone to making mistakes and throwing silly passes. He’s a raw player who likes to sling the ball, even when he should just chuck it out of bounds. However, even if the Steelers can force a few turnovers, Pittsburgh’s offense is too inept to score of Buffalo’s defense.

Predicted outcome: Loss
