Los Angeles Rams (3-3) at Atlanta Falcons (1-5)

Sunday, October 20, 1PM ET

Right now, the Los Angeles Rams need a win in the worst of ways. As luck would have it, a Week 7 matchup with the Atlanta Falcons, one of the most underwhelming teams of 2019, should be just what they need to stop this three-game skid.

It’ll be up to Jared Goff to get the engine revving on Sunday. The Falcons have one of the worst secondaries in the NFL right now, currently sitting at 27th in the league while allowing 15 touchdowns through the air on the year. Goff has the talent to shred this Atlanta defense, and needs to tap into it in Week 7.

If he doesn’t, the Falcons may just find a way to come away victorious in this one. It’s not like Atlanta is losing because of its offense. Matt Ryan may not be himself, but the Falcons still boast the No. 2 passing offense in the league. They’ll put points on the board, so it’ll be up to Goff and Co. to make sure they score more.

This could be a turning point for the Rams, who desperately need to get back on track. Especially with the San Francisco 49ers (5-0) and Seattle Seahawks (5-1) in the same division, they can’t afford to let the losses continue to rack up.

Prediction: Rams win 33-24
