Wide Receivers

Start: Larry Fitzgerald, ARI (vs. NYG)

Fitz’s 2019 season hasn’t gone to plan — but it’s not a season to forget either. Week 7 looks to be a bounce-back game, though, as he hasn’t scored a touchdown since Week 3. The Giants are fresh off a loss to the Patriots where they gave up 35 points and let Julian Edelman go for nine catches and 113 yards on 15 targets. On the upside, Fitzgerald has at least five catches and targets in every game this season.

The Cardinals also score a ton of points because their defense gives up a lot of points. That bodes well for Fitzgerald owners as he is projected for 8.1 fantasy points this week against a porous Giants secondary which has allowed at least 26 points in five of six games. Look out for Fitzgerald to go over his fantasy projection in Week 7.

Sit: Emmanual Sanders, DEN (vs. KC)

To put it bluntly, Sanders hasn’t shown any reason the past few weeks to warrant a spot in your starting lineup with the fantasy playoffs right around the corner. For example, in the last two weeks combined, he has two catches for nine yards for an abysmal 0.9 points after a strong start to his campaign.

Plus, with the emergence of Courtland Sutton as the clear No. 1 in Denver, it doesn’t look like Sanders’ production is going to change much in Week 7. Kansas City also shut down Will Fuller V last week as he only had four catches for 44 yards and 4.4 fantasy points. He’s a low-end flex play if you’re really desperate, but watch as Sanders finishes below his projected 7.1 points this week.

Some bye week fill-ins: John Brown, BUF (vs. MIA); Phillip Dorsett II, NE (vs. NYJ); Mohamed Sanu, ATL (vs. LAR).
