1. Gardner Minshew

Gardner Minshew has taken over the show in Jacksonville. The Ramsey saga might have sucked the life out of the Jaguars if Minshew Mania had not been born. However, he must shine in Cincinnati.

Who would have thought this sixth-round quarterback would have played so well this season? Apparently the Jaguars front office saw the Minshew magic in his college film. Nevertheless, he has to play smarter and take care of the football.

In Carolina, he fumbled the ball three times. He has thrown two interceptions. Last week he had a terrible quarterback rating of 51.4. He must rebound against the Bengals.

Minshew must rightly manage the offense. He must get rid of the ball quickly. He has to have better pocket awareness. Minshew has been sacked 14 times. Mostly because he holds on to the ball too long in the pocket.

He has to bounce back from his week 6 performance. This is a game for him to renew his confidence as the Jaguars starting quarterback. There are plenty of weapons at his disposal.

Minshew has good receivers and a very good running back. Hopefully, Josh Oliver will get some time at tight end. The multiple injuries at tight end have hurt the Jaguars offense. Minshew must get the ball into the hands of D.J. Chark. His best deep threat has been Chark with Dede Westbrook running the underneath routes. Minshew has to get the ball to his playmakers.
