Here are five teams that should consider themselves on upset alert for NFL Week 7 during the 2019 season.

From the New York Jets shocking the Dallas Cowboys to the Pittsburgh Steelers knocking off the Los Angeles Chargers on the road last weekend, if football fans are lucky, NFL Week 7 will be filled with plenty more upsets.

At the beginning of September, the Los Angeles Rams and Atlanta Falcons both appeared to be two of the top contenders in the NFC.

While the Rams are in much better shape sitting at 3-3 heading into the weekend, the Falcons only have one win to their name, which came all the way back in Week 2 in a game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Talent-wise, there’s every reason to believe that Los Angeles will defeat Atlanta to finally put an end to their three-game losing streak, but also keep in mind the Falcons are on the verge of desperation mode.

For a head coach that was already on the hot seat numerous times throughout 2018 after Atlanta fell short of the playoffs, Dan Quinn appears to be a few more losses away from being sent packing.

In other words, if the Falcons come out firing on Sunday against the Rams to help cool down Quinn’s seat, the Rams could be one of the latest victims of being on the wrong end of an upset.
