Week 9 Fantasy Football Streaming Options

Garoppolo, SF (37.2 percent owned)

Considering that the 49ers are 5-0, it might come as somewhat of a surprise that Jimmy Garoppolo is QB24 in fantasy football this season. However, Patrick Mahomes owners should look his way in Week 9 as he’s at the Cardinals, a defense that ranks as the third-best matchup for opposing quarterbacks in fantasy this season. While the Niners like to run, Jimmy G can have success in this game.

Darnold, NYJ (17.6 percent owned)

The return of Sam Darnold was impressive as he put up 19.6 fantasy points on the Cowboys. And in Week 9, he should feast again against the Dolphins — even if the matchup is on the road. As mentioned, Miami is the defense you want your fantasy quarterback playing and that’s the case here for the Jets and their signal-caller.

Trubisky, CHI (24.7 percent owned)

While he’s also soon to be returning from injury, Mitchell Trubisky has largely been bad this season for the Bears. However, his one double-digit fantasy outing came in Week 3 against Washington (19.4). In Week 9, he faces the depleted Eagles secondary that has given up 19.5 fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks per game this year. While he’s a risk, it could pay off if you need to replace Mahomes.

Brissett, IND (48.5 percent owned)

Jacoby Brissett has been a steady hand in five games this season, ranking as QB17 and scoring at 16.5 points or more in four of his five outings. The Colts match up with a Steelers defense that is not as good as their fantasy allowance would have you believe, especially with Indianapolis’ offensive line neutralizing their pass rush. As such, Brissett could have a nice week at the office.
