10. Seattle Seahawks (6)

For the past several seasons, the Seattle Seahawks have been a team that struggled away from home but then was absolutely dominant whenever someone traveled to their home stadium in the pacific northwest. Suddenly this season, that hasn’t been the case. Seattle is now 3-0 on the road in 2019 and fell to 2-2 this season as they were dealt a loss by the Baltimore Ravens.

As for their two home wins, they won against the Cincinnati Bengals by just one point in Week 1 and did the same thing when they beat the Rams 30-29 in Week 5. This week, they were easily defeated as Baltimore outscored them 30-16 thanks to a strong running game from Lamar Jackson and a pick-six by Marcus Peters, who was just traded to Baltimore this week.

Quarterback Russell Wilson has been putting up some MVP numbers this season and that bid took a slight hit in this game as he had more incompletions (21) than completions (20). Even so, he should still be high in the race, especially with Patrick Mahomes being sidelined with an ankle injury for a few weeks.

Seattle is now 5-2 and looking up at the 6-0 San Francisco 49ers. They do still have two games on the schedule against this team meaning they have no reason to start panicking. They have a good team but could stand to re-discover their home magic.
