16. Cardinals suffer first loss since Week 4

In what could turn out to be one of the biggest surprises from the first two months of the 2019 season, no one ever imagined the Arizona Cardinals of all teams would enter Week 8 riding a three-game winning streak.

After seeing the results from September in which they finished with a 0-3-1 record, the Cardinals appeared to be heading towards another year of rebuilding while Kyler Murray adjusted to playing in the NFL.

Like most rookies, the Oklahoma product clearly has a few areas in need of improvement, but Murray helping Arizona win three games in a row has been truly amazing to witness over the last couple of weeks.

Even if the argument can be made that Arizona has faced three teams with losing records, this is a team that will take any win possible at this point, and provided Murray with a ton of confidence entering the final weekend of October.

With that being said, Murray will face his toughest challenge to date on the road Sunday against the New Orleans Saints, who have been surging with Teddy Bridgewater under center filling in for the injured Drew Brees.

Based off how great the Saints looked on the road last weekend against the Chicago Bears, Murray and the Cardinals could be in for a long game in this one.
