14. Wentz finishes with three turnovers again

It took a little longer than expected, but the Super Bowl hangover from the 2017 season seems to have finally caught up to the Philadelphia Eagles after looking at some of the struggles surrounding this team in recent weeks.

From cornerbacks continuing to drop like flies along with DeSean Jackson still dealing with an injury from Week 1, it’s been rough at times for the Eagles over the last couple of weeks, especially with their most recent losses to the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys.

Fair or not, Carson Wentz has received plenty of criticism for his lack of impact during Sunday’s loss to the Cowboys after finishing with three turnovers, and preventing the Eagles from officially taking over first place in the NFC East.

And if Wentz thought Week 7 in Dallas was brutal, one can only imagine what Sunday could have in store with Philadelphia hitting the road again for what should be a tough battle against the Buffalo Bills.

After taking a step back in 2018, the Bills have made a strong case over the last two months for being one of the top teams to beat in the AFC with only one loss to their name heading into their contest with the Eagles.

Assuming Buffalo’s defense shows up, Wentz could be in for another rough outing to put Philadelphia in position to drop to 3-5.
