4. Indianapolis Colts

Thanks to their thrilling win over the Houston Texans, the Indianapolis Colts made a strong case to be considered the team to beat in the AFC South.

Back in preseason when Andrew Luck retired out of nowhere, the Colts seemed like they were going to be a mystery team to figure out since no one really knew what to expect from Jacoby Brissett.

Turns out, Brissett has been the perfect replacement for Luck in Indianapolis, and seems to get better with experience by the week.

With four wins over their last five games, the Colts would love nothing more than to carry their momentum over into Week 8 with the Denver Broncos coming to town.

After suffering a tough loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last week along with recently trading Emmanuel Sanders, this season clearly hasn’t been what the Broncos expected.

But if Denver’s defense can find a way to keep Brissett and the rest of the Indianapolis offense in check, this game could turn out to be more exciting than originally expected.

Of course, if this is going to have any shot at happening for the Broncos, Joe Flacco will need to receive much better protection after seeing how much the veteran was roughed up in Kansas City.
