2. Seattle Seahawks

Unfortunately, the Seattle Seahawks received a major wake-up call in Week 7 after losing to Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens this past Sunday.

With the way Russell Wilson and company were playing leading up to the game against the Ravens, the Seahawks quarterback was seeing his name enter the MVP discussion along with a few other stellar candidates such as Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson.

Obviously, one loss doesn’t necessarily mean Wilson doesn’t deserve to be part of the discussion since he’s still easily one of the top quarterbacks across the league, but the pressure will certainly be on this Sunday when taking on the Atlanta Falcons.

Since Dan Quinn’s squad appears to be throwing the towel in on the 2019 season after recently suffering a fifth loss in a row along with making the decision to trade Mohamed Sanu to the New England Patriots, this seems like the perfect opportunity for the Seahawks to win.

But as previously mentioned with a few other teams, desperation tends to bring out the best in players, and if the Falcons finally figure out a way to play at a high level, the Seahawks could end up with a surprising second loss in a row.
