. QB. Miami Dolphins. Tua Tagovailoa. 1. player. 59

Despite his injury and despite the emergence of Joe Burrow, Tua Tagovailoa remains the pick at No. 1 for the Miami Dolphins. All signs indicate that he’s their guy that they want to build the franchise around and it’s not hard to see why. He may not have ideal size or the biggest arm but his accuracy, decision-making and poise are all elite and he looks readymade to turn things around in South Beach.

player. 56. . QB. Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Burrow. 2

With his performance at LSU this season, Joe Burrow has cemented himself as the QB2 in the 2020 NFL Draft class. Frankly, he would need to completely bomb the final stretch of the season for him not to end up in this spot. He goes to the Cincinnati Bengals in this NFL Mock Draft as it’s time for Zac Taylor‘s team to move on from Andy Dalton and take the offense in a new, more exciting direction.

Atlanta Falcons. Chase Young. 3. player. 44. . EDGE

How disappointing have the Atlanta Falcons been? Dan Quinn appears to be a lame-duck head coach at this point and that’s largely because of the defense’s shortcomings. Their inability to pressure opposing quarterbacks has been staggering and, lucky for them, they get Chase Young to answer their problems. The Ohio State star is a game-changer off the edge with his blend of size, speed and athleticism. He’ll revamp the Falcons defense right away and get them back on track.

Washington Commanders. Andrew Thomas. 4. player. 58. . OT

Whoever the coach of the future is for Washington will surely start the Dwayne Haskins era for the Redskins. But to set him up for success, the team needs to protect him. With Trent Williams‘ days in Washington seeming numbered, the Redskins draft their left tackle for the future in Andrew Thomas. The Georgia lineman is a stalwart on the edge that can be a cornerstone for the new-look ‘Skins.
