. OT. Arizona Cardinals. Alex Leatherwood. 13. player. 32

Winners of three straight games coming into Week 8, the signs from the Arizona Cardinals under Kliff Kingsbury and Kyler Murray have been promising. However, the young quarterback needs better protection in front of him, which means Alex Leatherwood is the natural pick here. The Alabama lineman is a versatile piece with experience at guard and tackle but, wherever he plays, he can upgrade the front that’s keeping Murray safe for the future.

WR. Miami Dolphins. CeeDee Lamb. 14. player. 59.

Pick via Steelers

After landing Tua, the Dolphins would truly be fine picking any position with the pick owed to them by Pittsburgh by way of the Minkah Fitzpatrick trade. They continue the rebuild by adding CeeDee Lamb from Oklahoma. The Sooners standout has the size, length and ability you want as a 50-50 ball player but has also shown his immense prowess with the ball in his hands this season, making him a top-half of the first round lock and a great No. 1 weapon for Tagovailoa.

. CB. Detroit Lions. Kristian Fulton. 15. player. 50

Even seven weeks into the season, it’s hard to know what to make of the Detroit Lions. They’ve looked close to contending at times and decidedly mediocre at others. Regardless, the cornerback group could stand to get an upgrade, so they add Kristian Fulton here. The LSU corner has been a standout for two years now in Baton Rouge and should provide Detroit with an immediate starter on the outside.

. WR. Las Vegas Raiders. Henry Ruggs. 16. player. 28

While the full picture isn’t painted yet, it’s becoming clearer for the Oakland Raiders under the brush strokes of Jon Gruden. Here, they add Henry Ruggs III from Alabama, an underrated route-runner that has world-class speed. This pick would certainly make Al Davis smile given the speed of Ruggs but he’s more than just wheels. He could be a dynamic big-play threat for the silver and black as they head to Las Vegas.
