14. Kansas City Chiefs (7)

Over the years, the Kansas City Chiefs always seem to have an advantage playing in front of their own fans, which is why it’s so surprising to see the team with three losses already at Arrowhead Stadium at this point in the regular season.

The Chiefs knew playing without Patrick Mahomes would be one of their biggest challenges to date since there’s a reason why he’s the reigning MVP, but this still isn’t an excuse for Kansas City to come up short the way they did against the Green Bay Packers.

Between starting the game off on a rough note to fighting back before halftime to enter the third quarter with a 17-14 lead, the opportunities were certainly there for Kansas City in this one, but unfortunately Green Bay was just too much.

One can only imagine how different the outcome would have been if Mahomes were healthy enough to suit up, but also Matt Moore deserves credit for filling in after the veteran finished with 267 passing yards to go along with two touchdowns.

Hopefully by next weekend, the Chiefs figure out a way to overcome their road woes with a hot team in the Minnesota Vikings coming to town, or Kansas City could be in trouble.
