Green Bay Packers (7-1) at Los Angeles Chargers (3-5)

Sunday, November 3, 4:25PM ET

I swear I’m going to pick a Los Angeles Chargers game eventually. If I pick them to win, they lose. If I pick them to lose, they win. So pretty much, your best bet is picking the opposite of what I pick when it comes to those pesky Bolts.

Anyways… I’m going against the Chargers in Week 9. They’re set to rumble with the Green Bay Packers, who have been one of the NFL’s hottest teams this season. Aaron Rodgers is playing some of his best football, Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams are a dynamic running back duo, and the Green Bay defense is full of playmakers.

As for the Chargers, they’re a work in progress. Philip Rivers has been a bit erratic this year, and the offense seems to be hit or miss. As for the Los Angeles defense, they never seem to stiffen up in crunch time. As good as they looked on paper coming into the year, the Chargers haven’t been able to rack up wins as quickly as most expected.

That should continue to be the case against the Packers. Rodgers won’t relent, outpacing Rivers and keeping the Chargers on their heels. While the Los Angeles defense is no pushover, Green Bay should get the best of them in this lopsided matchup.

Prediction: Packers win 34-27
