Dallas Cowboys (4-3) at New York Giants (2-6)

Sunday, November 4, 8:15PM ET

When Daniel Jones initially took over as the starter, the sky seemed the limits for the New York Giants — at least in fans’ eyes. They won two games in a row with the rookie at the helm, and everything seemed to suddenly turn around for the embattled franchise.

Since those first two wins, it’s been all downhill for the G-Men. They’ve dropped three games in a row, and haven’t seemed nearly as competitive. While the young signal caller hasn’t been a mess, it’s clear he’s going through some growing pains. It also doesn’t help that his supporting cast isn’t what you’d call stellar.

The Dallas Cowboys come to town on Monday night with a plan to keep the rookie’s struggles at the forefront. They’ve had a strong, swarming defense all year long. Expect them to get after Jones early and often, forcing the inexperienced gunslinger into making too many costly mistakes.

On the other side, the Cowboys will ride their top-ranked offense led by the extremely efficient Dak Prescott. He’ll continue his impressive 2019 campaign, giving this Dallas squad the boost it needs to put another notch in the win column as they play tug-of-war with the Eagles for NFC East supremacy.

Prediction: Cowboys win 21-10
