4. Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR, Liberty

Liberty is home for one of the best senior wide receiver prospects in the 2020 NFL Draft, Antonio Gandy-Golden. The 6-4, 220-pound wideout has dominated the competition in the last two seasons. He’s on pace to equate his 2018 numbers, which were impressive in their own right. In eight games this season, he has 955 yards and six touchdowns.

In 2019, he has three games where he’s amassed at least 140 yards. Over the weekend against Rutgers, Gandy-Golden had five catches 68 yards and a score. Gandy-Golden wins with quick hands and strength at the line of scrimmage, in addition to his ability to high-point the ball at the catch-point.

He’s dominated lower-level competition with exceptional ability to body corners. When the ball is in the air he’s shown great body control and concentration. His greatest strength is his ability to win 50/50 passes.

Thanks to his long arms, he provides an excellent catch radius and sure hands. His NFL comp is Alshon Jeffery on so many levels, from their height, length, body control and smooth transition. Gandy-Golden is an ideal fit for a west coast offense.

However, he’ll surprise some with his ability to win downfield with deceptive speed; making him a reliable deep threat. He’s a solid day two prospect with a high ceiling. Once he gets into the offseason workouts, he’ll get more recognition and make some top 100 lists.
