2. Adam Gase

The return of Sam Darnold a few weeks ago along with the big win over the Dallas Cowboys made it seem like things were turning around for Adam Gase and the New York Jets, but unfortunately this team is still struggling to earn key victories.

One week after being embarrassed by the New England Patriots 33-0, the Jets couldn’t even find a way to defeat the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 8, showing just how rough things have been in New York during these last two months.

Back in the offseason, there were plenty of questions behind the decision by the Jets to hire Gase since his stint with the Miami Dolphins made it seem like he was far from capable of being a head coach in the NFL.

Some will make the case the verdict is still out there on Gase, but New York sitting with one win entering November is the last thing the Jets needed to be dealing with at this point in the regular season.

Could the Jets finally earn another win when taking on the Miami Dolphins this Sunday? Sadly, with the way things have been in New York, if Miami finally earned their first win, this wouldn’t be considered a surprise at all.
