1. 49ers enter Week 10 as only unbeaten team remaining
With a healthy Jimmy Garoppolo, the San Francisco 49ers were expected to be a potential sleeper contender in the NFC during the 2019 season, but no one expected them to look this good.
While Garoppolo rightfully deserves plenty of credit for helping this offense cause all sorts of problems for opponents, the 49ers’ defense has been the main difference for San Francisco in 2019, especially when it comes to Nick Bosa.
As the only remaining undefeated team in the NFC, the 49ers would love nothing more on Thursday than to defeat the Arizona Cardinals, and watch the New England Patriots fall to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
This way, the 49ers would be able to enter Week 10 as the only undefeated team left in the NFL to build an even stronger case to be considered a strong Super Bowl contender.
Arizona certainly won’t make it easy since this team certainly deserves credit for playing better as of late, but also Kyler Murray and company may be no match for Kyle Shanahan’s team.
There’s a reason why the 49ers have already found so much success this season, and the scary factor is the team seems to be getting better each week, which is also bad news for the Cardinals.
